Environmental Strategies & Management (ES&M) was established in 1995 and has earned its exceptional reputation by providing technically sound and cost-effective environmental, health and safety consulting and engineering services that consistently exceed our customer's expectations. In 2016, we expanded our company by adding Resource Controls of Pawtucket, RI, to our family. We are also pleased to announce that we have grown more with the opening of an office in Newburyport, MA. Today, we have a staff of 25 professionals and offices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Because of our diverse capabilities, staff credentials, company structure, and competitive rates, we are able to provide services to our customers that result in exceptional value.

Staff
Senior Project Managers
A third of our staff have over 25 years of experience in the environmental and engineering consulting fields. Our senior staff manage a wide range of environmental and engineering projects. For each project, our team takes the time to understand our customers and their situation, and we strive to understand and meet their goals and objectives.
Engineering Group
Our engineering group offers expertise in site development, demolition and remediation engineering, construction management and stormwater systems analysis and design. While this group conducts many of their own engineering projects, they are highly integrated into our company to ensure that engineering projects and environmental projects all benefit from our support staff and company approach that focuses on customer service.
Environmental Health and Safety Group
Our EH&S group has a wide variety of experience in industry and consulting and offer strategic planning; EHS program development and management; auditing; project and construction safety management; permitting and permit management; training; inspection; systems monitoring, sampling and compliance, and reporting. Our professional staff is also ready to augment staff and/or conduct a wide range of EHS activities to support business goals and regulatory compliance requirements.

Field Services
ES&M maintains a staff of fully trained and highly skilled professionals that implement all phases of field work. Our staff includes environmental scientists, licensed treatment plant operators and skilled technicians that operate and maintain our remediation systems. We have a fleet of fully stocked field vehicles to ensure that they have the proper tools and supplies to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Health and safety is critically important to us, and we are proud of our perfect safety record.
